Each participant has to send a completely filled in and legally signed registration form to PLAN B’s address or register on the Internet www.planb-registration.com. The registration will be legally binding after receipt of the entry fee (please also send a copy of the remittance) and only if the original accreditation is completely filled in and legally signed or if you expressly register online and if the participant accepts the rules and regulations. After receipt of the entry fee and the registration form, the participants will receive a letter of confirmation in which, among other things, the starting number for the race is stated. By presenting this confirmation the participants will receive their start package in the accreditation of the event town ST. WENDEL. Type and volume of contractual obligations of PLAN B event company GmbH explicitly arise from the content of the confirmation of registration and the offers' specification of services. The Distance Selling Act does not apply to the contracts concluded by us (cf. s. 1 (3) no. 6 Distance Selling Act - FernAbsG ). This includes that there is no two-week right of revocation. Each registration is therefore legally binding after our confirmation. |
